End User Licence Agreement

This page holds the standard licence terms for the Manukai platform, including Birdseye, Aware and the Manukai Threat Intelligence API. The same terms apply to every customer, whether the platform is bought directly from Manukai or through an authorised reseller.

The terms work alongside the order. The order sets out which services are bought, for how long, for how many named users and at what price. Where a customer has agreed its own procurement conditions in the order, clause 18 sets out which document takes precedence.

Version history

A revised version does not apply to a subscription term that is already running. The version in force on the date of the order continues to apply until that term ends. Earlier versions stay available here.
